
John Hampton, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Educational Technology and Foundations at the University of West Georgia. His primary research interests focus on technology’s impacts upon identity and its related constructs, such as mental health and well-being, self-esteem, self-efficacy, and resilience.
Prior to joining the faculty at UWG, Dr. Hampton taught high school English literature and photojournalism in Florida. When not on campus, you can find him playing tennis or relaxing on a nearby beach.
